Q. What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

I was inspired to become an entrepreneur when I realized living paycheck to paycheck was not for me. I desired financial liberation. I wanted my time to be completely mine and to feel free to explore my passion.

Q. Can you tell us about your company Credit Assist and the services you offer?

I offer a vast quantity of diverse services in my business “The Credit Assist”. In addition to empowering individuals through credit, I also tap into business funding, business credit, creating a game plan for passive income. I educate individuals on how to become financially literate and liberated.

Q. In addition to owning Credit Assist, you also currently own fifteen Turo vehicles and eight AirBNB properties. Why the Turo and AirBNB route, and how did you get started?

My business empires all commenced through credit. Credit is the literal roots of my foundation. Once I decided I wanted to be financially liberated I knew I had to figure out a way to create multiple streams of passive income.  I realized Turo vehicles and AirBNB real estate are passive. I didn't  have to be present to generate revenue streams. As well, I didn't require money upfront. I commenced my businesses through lines of credit and financing.

Q. Showing up for yourself and others as an entrepreneur can be hard. How do you keep yourself motivated and disciplined?

I continuously maintain my motivation and discipline to my craft by telling  myself  that I’m buying my own time and my freedom. I love what I do.  I have my wonderful team; I wouldn't be able to do it without them. My team is detrimental to my success and the flourishing of my businesses. By taking care and prioritizing the minute daily objectives my team gets the job done; effortlessly. I also pray a lot. This empire is my passion. So much so that it doesn’t feel like work anymore. I also find solace in meditation and taking breaks when I need to is mandatory. I wouldn't want to burn out by overwhelming myself with my workload.

Q. What does success mean to you?

To me success is defined by “living on my own terms”. My daily mantra in my business practice is “financial freedom”. I truly believe it's the way to be successful.

Q. What advice can you give aspiring entrepreneurs who would like to turn their dreams into realities?

The best advice I can provide to aspiring entrepreneurs is to be organically you. Be fully transparent in all aspects of your life. Go for it! Follow your dreams; even if you slip. I find that trial and error are definitely  your best experience and learning vital lessons on the road to operating a fully functioning business.
